    Google Places is used as the primary provider. If it hits its quota, Mapbox is used as a fallback. Both are optional.

    Time Clock

    When enabled, employees can only clock in from a mobile device. They can still clock out from desktop if already clocked in.

    Database

    Configure an external SQL database. When connected, data will be migrated from the built-in SQLite database. Leave empty to continue using SQLite.


    Migrate Data

    Copy all data from one database to another. The source database will not be modified.

    PEX Card API

    Connect your PEX Business Account for card management. Get credentials from developer.pexcard.com.

    Debug Mode

    Simulates a connected PEX account with fake data. No real API calls are made. Session-based — resets on server restart.

    Token is valid for 6 months. Use your admin credentials to generate one.

    Link shown in the renewal reminder banner when the token is within 5 days of expiry.

    Sidebar Layout

    Drag and drop to reorder sidebar tabs and categories.

    Categories — drag to reorder, click pencil to rename, X to delete. Use the + Category button to add new ones.

    Tabs — drag between categories or reorder within a category.

    Deleting a category moves its tabs to an "Unmanaged" category.
